Jérémy Gillon of Audace & John-Paul Fiechtner of Bistro November will face off on 22 November for a 4 hands collaboration dinner, celebrating the freshest produce from Tekka and Chinatown markets. Expect a mystery market menu based on the best produce they can find.

The collaborative dinner takes place at Audace where both Chef Jérémy and JP will make a trip down to Tekka Market and Chinatown Wet Market, creating 6 innovative dishes that celebrates spice and dried Chinese provisions.
